Typeform
Senior engineer and technical lead in Typeform's Customer Data area, working across Contacts and CRM. My work spans OAuth, permissions and integrations — the systems that break loudly when they're wrong — alongside AI-enabled customer-data tooling and cross-team technical direction.

CPD Platform for AoG GB
A production platform for continuing professional development that I built and continue to operate for AoG GB, a UK church network. I owned discovery, delivery and the secure migration of existing training data, and remain responsible for ongoing development and support.

Multiverse
I formed and helped lead a cross-cutting frontend team focused on platform-wide quality. I led a company-wide design-system initiative using Radix UI and Storybook, and an RSC migration that reduced client-side JavaScript by over 35%. I also designed the notification-preferences architecture for a multi-tenant notification service.

How I work
-
01
Buy before you build
I make buy-vs-build calls for clients, and I hold my own projects to the same test: custom software has to justify itself against the off-the-shelf alternative. Sometimes the most useful thing an engineer can say is "don't build this."
-
02
Gravitate to the seams
Permissions, integrations, design systems, notifications — the systems I end up owning are the ones that only work if several teams agree. Leading that kind of work is mostly listening carefully, then writing things down clearly.
-
03
Operate what you ship
Running a platform in production changes how you build it. At Talesoft, a support ticket is often a better teacher than a retro.
